As an authorized retailer, 017 guarantees the authenticity of every product we stock. Certain items will also include the designer's own proof of authenticity. As an offical retailer of every brand we carry, all the items are bought directly from the brands.
Due to our physical location and our online store the availability of any merchandise on the site is always subject to change. The best way to stay up to date on new arrivals, private events, and sales is to sign up for our newsletter.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping and Delivery Policy
All shipping services used by 017 provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package.
$15 shipping in Canada
$25 shipping to the U.S.
International shipping is $35.
Additional 0-2 business day processing time is required.
*Please be aware of customs and duty fees the customer will be liable to pay in any destination outside of Canada. Uncollected packages
Shipping costs and duties for uncollected packages will not be paid by 017.
*Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to pickup the package from the postal station within the holding period. In the case where the package is left unclaimed and is shipped back to us, the customer is responsible for the shipping charge incurred for the delivery, as well as the shipping cost and duties charged to 017shop.ca by the carrier for the return delivery.

Return Policy
The item(s) must not be altered or worn and be accompanied by original tags and must be in perfect original sale-able condition.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
The balance will be refunded to your credit card after the reception of the item at the 017 warehouse. All returns must be authorized by us prior to the return.Please contact us by email through info@017shop.ca .The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.
Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service providing a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without a Return Authorization number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of 017.
